Although we maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, it is normal to hear jungle sounds and occasionally see insects or fauna typical of the area, as part of the experience. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Due to the area's characteristic sloping access, we recommend 4x4 vehicles. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and all its facilities. Make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy and comfort that Villa Mariposa offers, without shared spaces. To mobilize in the Santa Teresa area, I recommend a tall car, ideally 4x4. A 4x4 is preferable to access the house, if it is a rainy season it is indispensable and if it is summer with which it is high it will be perfect. ATVs are perfect! Laundry: for private use by staff, has an extra cost, is not available for guest use, only upon prior request I don't recommend this house if you want “walking distance to the beach” Other things to note Total Integration with Nature Villa Mariposa invites you to live a unique experience in direct contact with nature. Our open house design is designed to make you feel the connection to the surroundings at all times. With large common areas extending outwards and green spaces surrounding the villa, you can enjoy the cool breeze and panoramic views of the tropical environment with the variety of wildlife such as congos, butterflies, hummingbirds , toucans , among others. The outdoor sitting areas such as the deck, tanning area, and BBQ area are designed so you can relax and enjoy nature at its finest, without sacrificing comfort or privacy. Prepare to be visited by the local fauna and enjoy the sounds of the jungle. Laundry and cleaning services available upon request. A complimentary cleaning service is provided every 4 nights of stay.
