Located just minutes from the chic Cedros Design District and the iconic Del Mar Fairgrounds, this seaside escape is perfectly positioned for exploring stylish boutiques, savoring gourmet dining, and immersing yourself in the laid-back beach lifestyle. Whether you're strolling along the shore or enjoying the tranquil coastal breeze, this dream destination promises to create lasting memories! ​​​​​​​**Unit downstairs is undergoing remodeling. Construction is from MON-SAT 7 AM to 5:30 PM. NO noises will be heard inside the unit** 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - Master Suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV, access to balcony - Guest Bedroom: two twin XL beds, ensuite bathroom also accessed from hallway AMENITIES - Outdoor dining table & seating - Heated pool & spa (shared) - Shared BBQ grill in the complex (not attached to the unit) - Beach access from the complex - Outdoor shower (shared) - Fully-stocked kitchen with two bar stools - Dining area - Washer and dryer - Smart TVs - Wall heaters - Beach gear PARKING - Up to 2 vehicles in the shared parking garage HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 4 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. - VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7. The camera is at the front door. - This unit is on the top floor of the building. - The complex features a shared area with a BBQ grill and seating, along with a heated pool and spa; however, please note that we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool water. - Please note that we only manage this individual unit and are not responsible for the complex or its amenities. - There is no central heating or air conditioning, however, there are wall heaters. - Please note that the beach is accessible via a set of stairs, not directly from the balcony. You will need to exit the unit to reach the beach. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
