Guests are allotted 2 vehicle passes to enter the community gates per our city permitting. Additional vehicles will need to park outside of the community. Ubers/lyfts are ok Other things to note For a clear depiction of the "detached guest suite"... If you look at photo #20 … the door to the main house is on the wall to the left and the door next to the bbq is to the second bedroom/guest suite. It shares a wall with the main house but the only access is through that door. The home has individual "hotel style" AC units in each room. They are a bit spotty and thus we do not advertise the home as having Air Conditioning. Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically.
