This adorable apt. is located in the heart of the city center. Amazing views from your private rooftop/terrace with an ambient water resting pool to freshen up from the hot sun. Next to the best sights of the city center; restaurants, bars, squares. Perfect for one couple or small groups of max. 5 people. The space This 3 story apt. offers a unique view and very centered location inside the old city. In the first level you have the kitchen and living room area, it has high ceilings and it's very bright. All of the apt is full of windows which makes it very luminous and fresh if you want to open them wanting to merge into the caribbean atmosphere. It has three air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living room kitchen area. In the second level you have the two rooms, each one with its own bathroom, both bathrooms have hot water. The main room has a queen size bed and a balcony. From the main room you have a view of the San Agustin tower. The second room has a queen size bed and a single bunk bed. In the third level you will find a small ambient water resting pool, perfect to freshen up and an area where you can sit down and relax under the shade of a pergola. Guest access The guests will have access to all the property. Other things to note The apt. is located on a third floor and there is no elevator. It's really not a problem, my parents and grandparents go up all the time. But if you have a heart condition or a physical impediment it's something to have in mind.
