Free bikes, a lovely courtyard, and a large private garden are available. 🚲🌳 The space Nestled in the Venetian countryside, this home is the ideal starting point to discover the region’s authentic charm, among canals, historic villages and nature trails. Perfect for couples, families and small groups, it offers comfort, privacy and a simple yet refined style. 🏡 Bright and welcoming living area The ground floor opens into a cozy open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining/work table and a lounge area with two sofas – perfect for reading, relaxing or planning excursions. A large French door lets in plenty of natural light and leads directly to the garden. At the entrance, a glass table under a patio invites you to enjoy outdoor meals during the warm season. 🛏 Quiet and scenic sleeping area Upstairs (secured with a safety railing): • Spacious and cozy double bedroom • Twin room with two single beds, ideal for children • Second bathroom with toilet and bidet • Small library corner for quiet reading • Private balcony with table and chairs for breakfast in the sun 🚿 Spacious and functional bathrooms The main bathroom on the ground floor features a modern shower and well-organized space. The hallway includes a guest wardrobe, shoe cabinet and a small extra freezer. 🌳 Outdoor space to enjoy nature The private garden is fully fenced and separated from the host’s adjacent house – ideal for relaxing in total privacy, playing with children or sunbathing.
