New house, single, single-story, 35 m2, with terrace and small garden, located close to our main residence, in a quiet and relaxing environment. Hiking and greenway nearby. Ideally located 13 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre (elected the most beautiful Christmas village in France), 20 minutes from the first beaches and 30 minutes from the gulf and its magnificent coasts and islands. The space this house is composed of: - a kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen accessories, - an adjoining living room with television, wifi, and sofa that can be folded into two 80 cm single beds or a 160 cm double bed, - a bedroom with storage and ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet). 140*200 cm double bed. A duvet of 240*220 and two duvets of 140*200 are available. Guest access Access can be done alone thanks to a key box, as can the departure. Other things to note Heating and hot water are included. Linens and towels are not included, except for reservations of more than three nights. Cleaning to be provided when leaving or a supplement of 20 euros if not done. Do not throw anything down the toilet because there is a septic tank. No smoking inside the accommodation. Please leave your garbage on the terrace when you leave. For the months of July and August, only weekly bookings.
