The apartment is 140sqm in size and, thanks to its 4.5 rooms, is ideal for 2 people as well as for a couple with children. There are two bedrooms, a bedroom and study, a large living and dining room and two balconies (loggia). In the basement there is a heated indoor pool and sauna, as well as a washing machine with dryer. A covered parking space belongs to the apartment. The apartment is very quiet, in the middle of Ascona in a residential area, supermarket and bakery are not far. The public beach is a seven-minute walk away. The promenade can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a golf course, a playground, a soccer field and a tennis court nearby. Bed linen and towels must be brought! Ascona and its surroundings have a lot to offer: beautiful lakes, promenade in Ascona, Locarno, Lugano, Como, lonely mountain hiking trails, mountain streams and waterfalls for swimming, pizza, pasta and polenta.
