House in the countryside, with garden and terrace

Pleasant and bright house in a recent subdivision. Well exposed, it allows you to enjoy the sun all day long. Fully enclosed and shaded garden, ideal for small dogs. On the ground floor you will find: 1 bedroom (dressing room, bathroom with shower), living room, dining room, kitchen, cellar, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom, toilet and large bathroom. The terrace is equipped with an awning. 2 nights minimum. The space The house is pleasant with its brightness and functional side. Walks are possible from the house (convenient for dog owners). The sea is not far (10 min to Damgan), local shops are located in the village of Lauzach (bakery), in Berric or in Ambon. Heated floor. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house or in the common parking lot a few meters away. Other things to note Linens, bath towels and dish towels are provided. I also provide shampoo and liquid soap on the ground floor and upstairs. Small/medium dogs are welcome. Under the responsibility of their owners, of course. Parking is available in the house's parking space (it is sloped and quite narrow). There is also a common parking lot 30 m from the house. There is a Nespresso coffee pod machine (and coffee pods), a filter coffee machine (filters and coffee available) and a kettle. For music, you can choose between the Bluetooth speaker and the amplifier (Bluetooth, CD, radio).
