The property is located approximately 20 minutes from the center of Zermatt, offering a peaceful environment while still providing convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Start your ski day with ease — skis can be put on directly in the garden, with no stairs or detours. The spacious entrance area features a practical bench, perfect for putting on and storing ski boots and winter gear. Directly adjacent is the private bathroom with a shower and functional details for a comfortable start to the day. The fully equipped kitchen invites relaxed evenings after skiing and includes a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, and dining table, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For restful nights, a comfortable 160 cm wide bed with a moldable topper is provided. Generous storage space keeps ski and winter equipment neatly organized. The large garden, furnished with a table and chairs, also offers a pleasant outdoor space in winter — ideal for fresh mountain air breaks or stepping straight into your ski day. We recommend Taxi Christoph, as they are the most affordable and friendly. The ride from the train station to the accommodation costs around 30 CHF. The direct taxi access is via Zensteckenstrasse. If the driver is unsure, simply tell them: ➡ Turn left just before the Funpark and drive to the end of the road. Alternatively, you can ask to be dropped off at Schluhmattstrasse 176. Right below this house number, you will find a small staircase leading down. Follow the steps to the bottom, and we will be there to assist you with your luggage. Arriving by Bus: Please note that buses are often full in the morning until 11:00 AM and in the afternoon after 3:00 PM, which can be inconvenient with luggage. If you prefer to take the bus: 🚏 Green Line: Departs next to the train station → Get off at "Vispa" (5 min ride) 🚏 Red Line: Transfer at "Vispa" → Get off at "Schlüehmatta" (15 min ride) After the bus ride, it's a 3-minute uphill walk to reach the staircase that leads down to the studio. For guests without luggage: The studio is also easily accessible via Zenstecken. Simply walk to the Zenstecken area (at the end of the main street in Zermatt) and take the direct uphill path along the ski slope—this is the shortest way to the studio.
