It is 500 meters from the wonderful beach of Novo Campeche, 300 meters from Lagoa Pequena for walking or SUP, and close to restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. The space The house has a special design, with large and airy rooms. It has family leisure spaces, such as the gourmet area or swimming pool, but we also thought of environments for reading or even work. In the upstairs suite, you can work while gazing at the garden and its birds. In the gourmet area itself, you can sit at the large lunch table or at the counter and work while watching the children in the pool, interacting with your friends, or waiting for the barbecue to be ready :) The mezzanine also allows for calm reading in a rocking chair that will make you feel at home.
