Our property offers 2 newly renovated and classified 3-star Meublé de Tourisme accommodations. Our cottages are comfortable and warm to cater all your needs. The space We welcome you to our 2 cottages with a total capacity of 8 people (including a maximum of 7 adults). 🏡 Chez Léonie, a charming 92-m² (990-sq-ft) house that can accommodate 5 people (including a maximum of 4 adults). A spacious living room with a stone fireplace, a large table to gather all and a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker...). Upstairs, a landing leads to a shower room and two bedrooms: a 10-m² bedroom with two 90-cm beds and a large 18-m² bedroom with a 140-cm bed. All mattresses are new and quality. There is also an umbrella bed and a folding bed. 🏡 Chez Théophile, independent house of 40 m2 with a capacity of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). A beautiful living room with seating area, an equipped kitchen (microwave oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee maker and kettle). An enclosed space with sliding door composed of a bedroom with 140 bed (new and quality pocket spring mattress), a shower area and sink and an enclosed toilet. There is also an umbrella bed and a folding bed. 🏡 Relax in the garden and on the southwest facing sun terraces. 🐮🐴 You will be surrounded by our animals: limousine cows, chickens, sheep from Ushant and our pony Grison. If you are interested, we will show you our world on the farm! 🌳🌊 From June to September, you will have free access, through the barn, to our garden as well as to our heated swimming pool located in the back. This is our private pool, but we make sure to reserve access to it for you during your stay. You will be the only guests to enjoy it. Guest access 🏡 Garden shared by both cottages 🚙 Separate entrance to owners 🌳🌊 Garden and swimming pool in the back, accessible in summer through the barn Other things to note ⚠️ Maximum CAPACITY 6 adults or 9 people IN ALL (adults + children + baby). ⚠️ We apply a RATE WITHOUT CLEANING FEES. Thank you for returning the houses in the same clean and tidy condition as you found them. Unrestricted access, we ask for common sense: be clean and do not apply sunscreen. ⌚ Flexible check-in times from 4 p.m. and self check-in possible.
