Your family will be close to everything if you stay in this centrally located accommodation. 2 minutes by car 🚘 from Alaia Square (500 m), 5 minutes 🚘 from Plaza Liverpool (1.1 km) and 8 minutes 🚘 from Plaza Galerias (1.9 km). 🅿️ Parking for 1 large van or 2 cars. Covered, private and secure garage; with automatic gate, plus additional space to store luggage or work materials. The space House with 3 independent apartments on the second floor ☝🏽 Each apartment has its own kitchen. Apartment 1: 🧍🏽‍♂️Ideally 4 people 🏘️ 2 bedrooms 🛏️ Two single beds and one queen. 🚽One bathroom Apartment 2: 🧍🏽‍♂️ Ideally 6 people 🏘️ 3 bedrooms 🛏️ 2 queen beds, 1 double bed (loft) and 1 sofa bed 🚽 Two bathrooms Apartment 3: 🧍🏽‍♂️ Ideally 2 people 🏘️ 1 bedroom 🛏️ one double bed (mezzanine) and 1 sofa bed. 🚽 one bathroom There are sleeping spaces in beds for 12 people. However, you can accommodate up to 15 guests. ⚠️Guests #13, 14, and 15 would sleep on 2 sofa beds and 1 mattress on the floor. Which are equipped with sheets and pillows. You can make yourselves comfortable as you like. But, ⚠️you can only move the foam mattress for the floor from one apartment to the other. The sofas cannot be moved. The welcome kit includes cleaning supplies, toilet paper, purified water, coffee, popcorn, and napkins. Once it's over, you can buy whatever you need at supermarkets or stores near the property. Guest access All of the space Other things to note 🚧 Our street is not paved, it is a dirt road, as you can see in the photos of the exterior. Even so, access is easy and short, we are only 4 houses (approx. 50 meters) from a main avenue very well connected to other important roads in the city. 🔊 Sometimes you can hear noise from the neighborhood or cars, as we are in a busy area. While it's not constant, it's something we prefer to mention in advance to avoid surprises. We like to be transparent and make sure you have all the information to make the best decision for your stay 😊
