This home is just off the road but hidden behind a tall hedge that surrounds the property. It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS TWO VEHICLES MAXIMUM (If you need to park more than two vehicles, talk to us first.) The space The first bedroom has a full size bed for two. The second bedroom has a twin size loft bed over a desk - a good arrangement for a student to study. The couch in the living room folds out to sleep two more. The dining room table seats six. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave and large refrigerator. There is a separate small office area behind a door. There is a large screened porch, which is also where the washer and dryer are located. Guest access Park in the grass in front of or alongside the house. Enter through the porch. You will have the home, large screened porch, and the yard to yourself. There is another AirBnB unit behind this home, separated by a concrete wall. You are unlikely to know that our other guests are there, except maybe when arriving or departing. Other things to note We no longer accept pets. It was time consuming cleaning after some of them, and sometimes our next guest could smell them, no matter how well we cleaned. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS TWO CARS MAXIMUM If you have a party, we will call the police and you will all leave. ALLERGY NOTE: We have six cats and one little dog who roam outdoors around our group of AirBnBs., all friendly You are welcome to enjoy them. We don't invite them into the AirBnBs but we cannot promise that they didn't get in for a few minutes now and then.
