Welcome to the Coastal Abundance Annex! Enjoy a charming rental with a free parking spot, private entrance, porch, and stunning garden and water views. Explore Searsport's maritime history or discover Midcoast and Downeast Maine. Your hosts reside onsite in the adjoining house and eagerly anticipate the arrival of kind, respectful guests. Unwind at this tranquil getaway! The space You'll have a parking spot, private entrance, porch with outdoor seating, and garden and water views. From the guest parking spot, it is a short walk over grass and two steps onto the south porch, where you'll find the annex entrance. Maine has some unique architecture, especially in the additions to historic buildings! Please keep in mind that the floors of the Annex are unlevel in places. The Annex includes a private sitting room with a dining table, mini-fridge, french press, electric kettle, water jug, and cutlery, bowls, and plates for two. We recently added a Breville microwave. Please read the instruction booklet before using. The full bathroom includes a tub and a shower. The bedroom has a full-sized bed with side tables. There is also a little reading nook with a desk; you can borrow one of our books, complete a puzzle, or do a bit of writing during your stay. Need to do a bit of laundry while you're here? Please let us know in advance, and we should be able to give you access to the adjoining laundry and storage room. Our home and the Annex are in a quiet neighborhood with kind people. There's only a little noise besides lawn maintenance equipment, traffic, and kids playing. We ask that guests observe quiet hours, respect our neighbors' property, and act kindly and respectfully to maintain the peaceful environment of our property. Guest access We reside in the adjoining house and can often be seen in the garden or coming and going to work, school, or running errands. The garage, main house, front garden, and back porches are private spaces. Need to do a bit of laundry while you're here? Please let us know in advance, and we should be able to give you access to the adjoining laundry and storage room. Please note this space contains a washer and dryer as well as private storage. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us! Other things to note The AC is a window unit that we remove in winter and re-install in the summer months. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and we provide a portable fan.
