Our mini efficiency apartment is in a very rural setting and is perfect for a couple on the go or for a single. It is attached to the main house and has a private entrance on our side porch. Close to the PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek Rail Trail, and Leonard Harrison State Park. Close proximity to hunting game lands, fishing, and beautiful scenery. Our efficiency has a private porch entrance with a keyless lock. It is a cozy space with a new cool gel memory foam mattress. It features a kitchenette with a breakfast bar, an apartment sized fridge, a large toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and a hot plate. There is a small bathroom with a shower. We provide all kitchen amenities as well as bedroom and bathroom linens. Everything that you need to have a nice stay. We will be there to greet you whenever possible and will be available during your stay if there are any issues. This is a quiet, peaceful country setting. We are just a few miles from the PA Grand Canyon and Leonard Harrison State Park. Drive around the neighborhood and you are sure to spot a few deer, wild turkey and occasionally a bear. About 15 minutes from the town of Wellsboro. Car needed. No public transportation available. 45 minutes to Cherry Springs State Park. Cell service can be spotty in our area. NO CABLE T.V. however we do provide streaming hardware. Some dvds are available. This is a very rural area. There are farms nearby. We have two dogs, chickens and horses on our property. Farm type smells should be expected. Two cats freely roam around outside and enjoy attention from our guests. We realize that we are 15 minutes from town and you might not have had time to shop before you arrive. So we have provided some quick foods and sodas for your convenience. Please consider a small donation to help cover our costs. All snacks, homemade baked goods and fresh eggs are complimentary - simply for you to enjoy.
