On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of them en suite with a bathtub, as well as another shared bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips on warm days, and a lovely leisure area with a BBQ and dining space, ideal for enjoying the pleasant Algarve weather. With a central location close to the beaches, top restaurants and Albufeira’s lively atmosphere, Villa Sunny Joy is the perfect choice for those who want to experience the best of the Algarve in comfort and style. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
