In the immediate vicinity there is a park equipped ideal for picnics and children`s games. You can park your car in the area in front of the apartment (easypark). In the immediate vicinity there are all the main commercial activities, as well as the stop of some bus lines. The Corvetto metro stop is less than 300 meters from the apartment and allows you to reach the center of Milan in a few stops. - Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp. - No one other than registered guests may enter the apartment, not even for a short period of time. - It is forbidden to smoke and organize parties. - The apartment is located in a condominium and it is forbidden to make noises that could disturb the neighbors between 10pm and 8am. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 300 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found.
