One of Folly's Best! Be in the middle of the Folly action! This unit is right on Center St. so is steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is a bedroom with a queen, and the living room has a double sofa bed with premium memory foam mattress to sleep 3 adults or 2 adults 2 kids. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, and microwave for quick meals. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. One compact parking spot. Not pet-friendly. It is located near restaurants with nightlife that may be heard. The space Apartment Other things to note The Best Rentals Home Policies: -To ensure our guests and our homes meet the guidelines of the area and the homeowners, we enforce the following rules, -No parties- Parties or gatherings above the listed occupancy of the home are not allowed. -No smoking- Our homes are all non-smoking. Smoking inside any property is strictly prohibited. This includes vaping and all other forms of inhaling substances. Some properties prohibit smoking anywhere on the premises, including on the deck. -Property Damage- Any damage caused by a guest or by putting decorations on the wall is the responsibility of the guest. -Quiet hours- The City of Folly Beach, Town of Edisto, and City of Hilton Head are residential communities and we request that quiet hours be observed. The quiet hours for the properties are from 10:00pm-8:00am. -We look forward to welcoming you to the Charleston area and the surrounding islands. These beautiful cities are growing and have many city sounds. The area is subject to typical urban sounds such as traffic, potential noise from local businesses and neighbors, and street activity. Guests should also be aware that construction noise, road closures, and detours may occur in the area. We aim to inform guests of any potential disruptions; however, advance notice of such activities is not always available to us. You have 48 hours from booking to cancel this reservation with no penalty. All reservations must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. Please list the information for ALL guests, including yourself that will be at the property: Any guest over the age of 1 counts towards guest capacity. All guests must be at least 25 years of age at the time the stay begins or accompanied by an approved parent or guardian. IDs may be requested for any guest. Name(s) and Age(s) MUST BE LISTED! For pet-friendly properties: We do charge a pet fee of $25 per dog per day but it is capped for longer stays at $175 per dog. Unfortunately, our homes only accept dogs under 100lbs at this time. We ask that you be mindful of your dog or dogs and we ask that they be kept off of the furniture and bedding in the home. To be respectful of the owner’s and their homes, any pet in a non-pet-friendly home or undeclared pets found in a pet-friendly home will result in immediate termination of your occupancy without a refund. You are responsible for your pet's behavior at all times and for any damage caused by your dog. We offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance. Please feel free to contact us for the cost and details. If you added travel insurance at the time of booking and you have any questions, please let us know. Cancellations: We understand plans change and plans get interrupted. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival date, you are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund. Trip changes, such as a date change or a property change within 60 days, do qualify as a cancellation and the charges would apply. Hurricane Policy: If a mandatory evacuation of the island is ordered by a Governmental Agency, refunds, minus the 7% cancellation fee, will be prorated based on the nights of your stay covered by the order. Only the nights specifically covered by the mandatory evacuation are eligible for a refund. If a hurricane occurs prior to your arrival, and we are unable to provide you with accommodations, refunds will be issued to the reservation holder. All reservations include an accidental damage waiver. The waiver covers up to $1,500 of unintentional damage reported to our office prior to departure. Pet damages are not covered under this policy and will be the responsibility of the guest. Linens & Towels: We provide bed and bath linens, including 1 sheet set per bed, 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth) for the full occupancy of the home, and 1 dishcloth. We take pride in providing high-quality linens. We ask you to do your best to prevent staining linens with makeup, doggy paw prints, etc. MOST properties have a washer and dryer for your use and we supply a starter supply of washing machine pods for you. Here’s what you need to know about check-in: Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival. If you’d like to get settled in earlier, we offer Expedited Cleaning for an additional fee—just let our office know if you’d like this added to your reservation and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Most of our units feature convenient Wi-Fi locks, so there’s no need for keys or a stop at the office—you’ll be able to head straight to your vacation home and start relaxing. If your property does require a hard key, we’ll send detailed instructions on the day of your arrival, just before check-in. On the day you check out, the standard checkout time is 10am. If you are interested in a late checkout, please let us know the day before you check out. This allows us to inform our housekeeping team and avoid any interruptions to your morning. We try to keep it simple for you and only request the dishwasher to be started, all food and leftover trash be taken out, and all doors and windows closed and locked. You do not have to wash any of the linens or strip the beds, our team will handle this. Please place any keys, pool fobs, and parking passes inside the unit where they were found. Our homeowners have decorated and furnished their homes to their preferences and taste. We have done our best to capture the features of the homes and the layout through the photos included in the listing. The homes are equipped with necessary items such as a TV, bedspreads, pillows, mattress pads, cookware, flatware, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. We strive to ensure these are all in working order for you to use during your stay. If anything is not working or if you need assistance with something, please contact our office so that we can assist you and you can get back to your vacation. We provide guests with an amenity starter kit that includes a kitchen trash bag, a roll of paper towels, dishwashing powder, liquid dish detergent, a fresh kitchen sponge, toilet tissue, and soap for the bathrooms. You will find these stocked in the home. It's possible that you may need to purchase more of these supplies depending on the size of your group and the length of your stay. We recommend Bert’s Market as the closest market and Harris Teeter or Walmart for other needed items. Looking to have a cookout during your stay? Many of our homes have a propane or charcoal grill available to use during your stay. Unfortunately, grilling in any condo complex is prohibited. Some of our homes have access to a dock that you can use. If there is a dock available, please note that all guests agree that when using the walkway leading to the dock, the floating dock, and the creek for swimming, etc., they are doing this at Their Own Risk. If a pool is available, it is a great way to cool off after the ocean. Please note and be respectful of the pool rules and warnings posted in the swimming area. All pools are seasonal and available from April to September each year. If an elevator is available, we cannot guarantee its availability and the functioning of the elevator in the building. Parking rules for the different islands. Folly Beach Parking- Street parking is free on Folly Beach, but please note, the vehicle must face the flow of traffic, all four tires must be off the road, and you cannot block a driveway. Please park in the designated parking areas. Edisto Beach Parking- Street parking may be an option as long as the curb is not painted yellow. Parking is available at the public beach access points. For full parking details, please check the Edisto Beach website. Hilton Head Island Parking- Parking at the beach, your vehicle must be in a designated parking space. There are fees for beach parking. Property Management or vendors may require access during your stay, but you will have at least 24 hours notice. Monthly pest control is required by property owners and cannot be rescheduled. In the event you refuse access, a rescheduling fee will be charged. Emergency access (without notice) may be required in certain situations.
