If one does happen, we’ll need to charge a $500 cleaning fee, and your stay might end early (without a refund). Plus, there’s a $3000 fine. Quiet Time Reminder Just a heads-up that the quiet time is from 9 PM to 7 AM. The building does have monitors for noise, and if we get a complaint, it could result in a $1000 fine and an early end to your stay (without a refund). We really appreciate your help in KEEPING THE NOISE DOWN. Smoking Policy NO SMOKING is allowed inside our property. If you smoke outside, please be kind and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
