Other things to note House Rules are to be Respected - Refundable Security deposit required upon reservation. Amount confirmed at time of booking depending on length of stay. - Apartment is strictly Non Smoking both on the balcony and on common property - The property is in a residential building and therefore we ask for you to respect all neighbours and adhere to our strict No Party Policy. You may be asked to leave and No refund will be issued in the event. - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to respect neighbours. - Communal swimming pool hours are from 7am to 7pm only , Guest use only and key required for access. - Please turn off Air Conditioning when not in use and close all windows and sliding doors when leaving the property. - Furniture/linen and props may vary from photo images due to wear and tear, breakages and replacments.( please notify me of any breakages or damage). - Access to the apartment may be needed from time to time for maintenance/repairs. - Please leave the apartment as you found it. Please empty fridge of any unwanted items , dispose of any rubbish and load dishwasher before your departure.
