Common Areas Pool Our pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM – Starting on Memorial Day to Labor Day Pickle Ball Tennis Court Basketball Court Park with Fitness Trail & Dog Park Frisbee Golf Cornhole Playground Picknick Pavilion Community Center – Available for rental Storage Units – Available for Rent Long-term RV – Boat – Trailer parking is available at the Community Center. There is 1 camera outside the front door, pointed out for your safety 2. A signed rental agreement and $250 refundable security deposit is required before your stay. 3. We do routine pest control, but you are in nature, so there may be occasional bugs 4. Outdoor Community Pool is seasonal. Message us for availability. 5. There is no door for loft suite 6. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows to enjoy the amazing views. 7. This is a gated community called Shagbark. All incoming guests must be registered with the HOA and will be issued a pass by the guard gate upon arrival. 8. Some roads are narrow and steep. Be careful when driving and consider chains or a 4x4 during bad weather. 9. Seasonal Wildlife Notice: Due to our mountain location, seasonal insects such as ladybugs may be present despite regular pest control. This is a normal part of staying in the Smoky Mountains.
