In the countryside, quiet, 5 minutes from the seaside resort of Bénodet, we will be delighted to welcome you to our house. Between land and sea, a multitude of activities are available to you: hiking, cultural visits, heritage discovery, water activities, island visits... Passionate about grandiose landscapes, addicted to cultural discoveries, keen on sports, addicted to idleness or just passing through in a professional setting, our house is made for you. The space With its 140 m2, our house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms. For everyone's comfort, you will find two bathrooms, as well as 2 separate toilets. That said, it is also possible to book the house for 2 or 4 people. This house also includes a large living room and a fitted kitchen. A 30 m2 veranda will allow you to share good convivial moments naturally heated by the sun. In winter, you can count on our pellet stove to warm you up around a raclette or a Burgundian fondue. In summer, you will enjoy long evenings on the large terrace around a barbecue, by the private heated pool from mid-April until October. Please note that there is a gate to secure access to the pool for the little ones. Smokers are accepted but outside the house, and parties are prohibited. Access is unfortunately limited for people with reduced mobility (steps at the entrance - shower upstairs). Other things to note - The rental agreement will be sent as soon as possible following the acceptance of the stay. Please let us know your last name, first name, address and email so we can send it to you. - The supply of towels and sheets are included in the rental amount. - The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay. - We ask that you remove the used sheets at the end of the stay and put them at the end of each bed 🛌 - Selective sorting is important, you will have two containers in the courtyard to put your trash in.
