Settle into a 3BR/2BA on two quiet acres — king suite with a spa rain shower, two queen rooms, sleeps 7, with blackout shades and sound machines for nights you actually rest. Days are easy: pool, firepit, grill-outs, board games. Crystal springs 25 min, 30A beaches & Destin 40. Pool and grounds shared unless the full property is booked. The space Morning coffee on the porch with nothing but pines and birdsong. Afternoons by a 10-foot-deep pool, room to spread out across two acres, and the kind of quiet you drive a long way to find. Villa 2 is a standalone home on the North End Retreat grounds — 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping up to 7 with a full kitchen, comfortable living space, and your own washer and dryer. It's built for the kind of trip where everyone has room to breathe: cook a real dinner, gather around the table, then drift out to the firepit as the sun drops behind the trees. Outside: the showpiece 10-ft pool, a firepit made for long evenings, and your own grill for cookouts. There's even a Tesla/EV charger on site and a mural that's become everyone's favorite group-photo backdrop. The pool, firepit, and grounds are shared with Villa 2's neighbors only when the second villa is booked - reserve the full property (North End Retreat – Sleeps 16) and the whole place is yours. Where you are: tucked into a quiet pocket of DeFuniak Springs, you're 25 minutes from the crystal-clear waters of Morrison and Vortex Springs (bring the kayaks and tubes), and about 40 minutes south to the white sand and emerald water of 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, and Destin. Close enough for a beach day, far enough to actually relax. Perfect for families, couples traveling together, or a small group that wants space, comfort, and a pool to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, with the exception of one owner's closet inside the first King Suite (Bedroom 1). Villa 2 has its own private propane grill for your group's use. Please note: the pool, firepit, Tesla charger, and covered outdoor dining area are shared spaces when the adjacent Villa 2 is booked by another group. Feel free to ask us about the status of the other unit, or book the entire property ("Sleeps 15" listing) for complete privacy. Additionally, the separate garage building is not accessible to guests during their stay. The owner may occasionally deliver cleaning supplies to the garage but will always notify you in advance before coming to the property. If Villa 1 is booked separately, cleaning crew may also be on the grounds for its turnover — they won't enter Villa 2 or your private areas. Other things to note • Shared amenities: The pool, patio, and fire pit may be shared with guests staying in Villa 1 unless the full property is reserved together. Villa 2 has its own propane grill outside to use. • Age requirement: We do not rent to groups where all guests are under 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • No parties or events: This is a quiet residential property. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted at any time. • Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Day visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Respect for neighbors: Quiet hours are enforced in the evenings. Please be mindful of neighboring guests and nearby homes. • EV charging: A Tesla Type 2 EV charger is available for guest use.
