Rest in this thoughtfully designed 3BR/2BA retreat in DeFuniak Springs. The home features a king suite with a spa-style rain shower, two queen bedrooms, and a pullout single bed in the living room. Guests have access to the pool, patio, and fire pit (shared unless the full property is reserved). Ideal for families, work trips, or retreats. Tesla Type 2 EV charger available. The space There are two separate houses on the property—Villa 1 and Villa 2. You will be staying inside Villa 2. Please note you could possibly be sharing the common areas (pool, pergola, bonfire pit) with guests renting Villa 1. If this is a concern, please reserve “The North End Retreat - Sleeps 16” to reserve the entire property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Villa with the exception of one owner’s closet inside the Master Suite. Please note: the pool, firepit, Tesla charger and pergola outdoor space could potentially be a shared space depending on if the other Villa is rented out. Please feel free to ask Host on the status of the other unit or rent the entire property out for complete privacy. Additionally, the separate garage building on the property is not accessible to guests during their stay. Owner may have to deliver supplies for cleaning staff to garage but will notify you in advance if they will be coming to the property. Other things to note • Shared amenities: The pool, patio, and fire pit may be shared with guests staying in Villa 1 unless the full property is reserved together. Villa 2 has its own propane grill outside to use. • Age requirement: We do not rent to groups where all guests are under 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • No parties or events: This is a quiet residential property. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not permitted at any time. • Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Day visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Respect for neighbors: Quiet hours are enforced in the evenings. Please be mindful of neighboring guests and nearby homes. • EV charging: A Tesla Type 2 EV charger is available for guest use. Guests must supply their own charging cable if needed.
