The space Villa 1 is the larger of two villas at North End Retreat — you get the entire villa to yourself with a private entrance. No shared walls, no shared hallways. Visiting during the holidays? Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, with the exception of one owner's closet inside the first King Suite (Bedroom 1). Villa 1 has its own private propane grill for your group's use. Please note: the pool, firepit, Tesla charger, and covered outdoor dining area are shared spaces when the adjacent Villa 2 is booked by another group. Feel free to ask us about the status of the other unit, or book the entire property ("Sleeps 15" listing) for complete privacy. Additionally, the separate garage building is not accessible to guests during their stay. The owner may occasionally deliver cleaning supplies to the garage but will always notify you in advance before coming to the property. If Villa 2 is booked separately, cleaning crew may also be on the grounds for its turnover — they won't enter Villa 1 or your private areas. Other things to note Getting Here & Around: You'll want a car for this property — it sits on two private wooded acres, and the springs, beaches, and town are all a short drive. Self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule. Shared Property Notice: This is Villa 1 of two villas on the property.
