The space Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counterspace, and all the essentials for a night in. There is a dining table with seating for four and pool views while you enjoy meals! Living Room The living room features a spacious sectional, accent chair, flat screen TV, and sliding doors that open onto the screened in lanai. Master The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dressers, flat screen TV, and sliding doors for direct access out to the lanai. There is an attached master bath with a single vanity sink and oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a full-size bed, twin over full bunk bed, nightstand, dresser, and a flat screen TV. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. Game Room If you’re ready for some friendly competition, this garage is the ultimate game destination. Featuring a dart board, an air hockey table, foosball, basketball, cornhole, life size jenga and more! Outside This backyard is the ultimate space for entertaining. Under the screened lanai you will find a heated pool and hot tub with sun loungers, and a poolside fire pit. There is a bar height table with seating for four, mounted flat screen TV, large sectional, a gas grill, and a flat screen TV. **Please note when the temperatures drop it can take longer for the pool to heat** **The pool is heated to 85 degrees. It can be heated further for $25 per day. Guest access Listing Access: additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in.
