Please note that we store the patio furniture and pergola covers during the winter months. ❄️ Guest access The door code will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number and activated at 4 p.m. on arrival day. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we will make efforts to accommodate all requests. Other things to note ‼️ATTENTION‼️ Here is important information to enhance your stay. Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk ⚠️. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property 🚭. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged. Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings ⏰. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour. Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability 🌪️, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. We love our furry friends & they are more than welcome 🐶🐱 However if they are not disclosed and our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $200. An outdoor security camera 🎥 monitors the driveway & operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety. Rest assured, there are no indoor cameras nor any that point toward the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
