Guest access The flat is on the 3rd floor, accessible via lift—there are a couple of steps from the street level to the lift. Other things to note To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process. The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM). We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking: Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability) Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change) Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair) In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability: £80 until 5 PM £120 from 5 PM to 10:30 PM £200 after 10:30 PM (due to extra taxi cost)
