Our adorable home is a 358-square-foot one-bedroom perfectly located to visit beaches, attend NFL games, or take a short drive to historical St Augustine or Fernandina Beach. This home is fully equipped with all utilities, including basic cable, Wi-Fi, two pools, a dog park, and a fitness center. The location is one exit from River City Marketplace and the Jacksonville airport, providing over 100 restaurants and retail options. The space It is located at a beautiful little Resort with two pools, a fitness center, free breakfasts on Saturdays and Sundays, and lots of weekly activities. *Guests with service dogs... We have a dog that loves to travel and/or ride with us, so we are dog-friendly. However, dogs must be on leashes at all times when outside the residence, are not allowed on the furniture, and can not be heavy shedders. Please respect our requests. We cannot afford cats, as past guests have allowed their pet cats to scratch our furniture, shred things, and sleep on our beds, despite our requests to keep all pets off the furniture.
