In Recoleta, in the most exclusive area of the city, very safe to go for a walk at any time and day of the week, it is a privileged location to get to know Buenos Aires without worries. The apartment is located in a new top-tier building in keeping with the location, 67 meters from the Anchorena de Recoleta Sanatorium, Plaza Miter and the 'Las Heras' Subte H subway station that connects with other subways of all lines and buses on Av. Santa Fe and Las Heras. The area where it is located is near the Recoleta cemetery, the most touristy place in the city, which never sleeps and this is mainly because there is a large concentration of bars, restaurants, some considered "Notable". It is a must-see destination that can be reached on foot or by bicycle through the city. Just a 10-minute walk to the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (Malba) 1.7 km away, and Japanese Garden, Buenos Aires is 2 km away. The nearest airport (Jorge Newbery Airport) is 4 km from the accommodation. This modern building has 2 elevators, a fitness center (GYM), terrace, washer and dryer at no cost on the same floor of the apartment as well as 24-hour reception (check for garage availability at an additional cost per night). The apartment has 1 en-suite bedroom with dressing room and patio, a large living room with "CINEMA" mode (a 70-inch Sony giant smart LED TV) with a balcony to the street and new building services, 50 private square meters. It is designed to be versatile and adapt to the number of guests, with the possibility of being very comfortable for one or two families with up to two double beds or prepared in the format of one double bed and four single beds for up to six guests, as it has six new beds of the highest hotel category (with hard foam mattresses of maximum density of 30 kg/m3 and double pillow) with four functional beds that can be used as armchairs. This type of furniture can be assembled in an individual format or made into a double bed or a full bed to adapt to the number of guests (see models in the photographs where the same bed is observed in different formats: either full, single above, single below). Cribs, bathtubs or chairs for babies to eat, among other accessories, can be requested at an additional cost. Please check the bed configuration options if you have any questions. A double bed is considered for 2 guests and a single bed for 1 booking guest.  It has a cable plan with 300MB WIFI internet (Telecentro provider) with excellent signal and TV combos available such as Netflix, Prime, etc. (to log in), etc. 2 smart LED TVs (one with Android TV), a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable table and 6 chairs and up to 2 armchairs that can be beds, balcony access, silent windows with a protective handle, fabric curtains and blackout to regulate light and privacy. The en-suite bedroom has a large bathroom (the only one in the accommodation) with a large dressing room and exit to a quiet private patio. It has windows with good lighting and ventilation, one facing the private patio (counter-front) and the other the balcony (facing the street). Fully equipped in category, 2 air conditioning cold/heat, refrigerator with freezer, washer and dryer at no cost within 10 meters of the apartment, microwave, oven with 2 electric burners, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, complete sets of kitchen and cleaning, tables and chairs for eating. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, all cooking and cleaning items. Hot water is provided by a central system. In the bathroom there is a new Scottish shower. Sheets and towel sets for all guests, shampoo, soap, detergent, blotting paper, sponges, toilet paper, etc. so you don't have to worry about basic accessories on arrival.    If you wish, additional services can be arranged in advance, such as a garage (currently 30 USD/night inside the building, it is cheaper outside the building) or an intermediate cleaning service during the stay. Guest access The building has shared common areas: Entrance hall and 2 elevators to get to the apartment. It is accessed independently, the 24-hour guard delivers and receives the keys at each entrance and exit. There is a gym in the building and a covered garage (fees apply, check for availability) It is wheelchair accessible. Other things to note The apartment is ready for each guest to move in without any worries. The bed will be made, and towels, sheets, and toiletries (shampoo and soap) will be included, as well as other general items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent. These are not replenished during the stay. - You must confirm in advance if you want to leave your luggage before the scheduled time or if you want to check in early or check out late (access to the apartment before 3 pm or departure after 10 am). This can only be done if it does not affect the next guest's ability to enter a properly prepared place. To achieve this, in some cases it is necessary to hire more staff to perform the cleaning in less time, that is why the guest should always request confirmation in advance in case of wanting to enter or leave at times outside the usual range and check availability. - For extended stays (more than 14 nights), ask about the intermediate cleaning policy. - Check availability, accepted size and fee for using the garage. - Avoid excessive noise, especially between 11 pm and 8 am. - Respect the maximum number of people in the elevators. - Avoid smoking inside the apartment, only in the patio or balcony, and do not throw cigarette butts into the street. - Avoid eating or applying products such as oils or makeup on beds, armchairs, towels so as not to ruin the linen. - Inform us if you want double beds and how many single beds. To do this, we recommend that you look at the photos of the different possible arrangements shown on Airbnb.  - Please note that there are blankets, an iron, hair dryer, and other important accessories where it says "guest furniture," "host furniture," or if there are cabinets or bags with locks, you should NOT attempt to open them. - The washing machine and dryer are in the hallway, there are 2 doors that say laundry on both sides of the elevators. They are free to use but their supplies are not replenished. - Outside the apartment, we ask you to be aware of cell phone/wallet theft, which can occur when you are off guard (pickpocket mode) in the streets, restaurants, and buses of Buenos Aires. - Care for the apartment and the rules of coexistence of neighbors who live in the building, so we ask you not to make excessive noise at the requested times. Please, if your trip includes parties and drunkenness, then do not rent this apartment, which is equipped and designed so that families and groups of quiet friends can stay, whose intention of the trip is to walk around Buenos Aires and then return to a cozy apartment prepared for a good rest. The apartment is ideal for 4/5 people. There is room for 6 to sleep as it has 6 beds with new, top-of-the-line, firm mattresses. There are 4 high beds and 2 that come out below in the functional beds of the living room. These 2 seats can be folded during the day to free up space, since normally beds are not used and the low ones are stored). Having only one bathroom (en suite), consider that to access it you have to go through the bedroom door. It is not intended for 6 guests on long stays to stay inside the apartment, as it may feel small if they are going to be there all day. If you book for 5 or 6 people, it is designed to be functional for those who make the beds in the morning and do not use the apartment for many hours a day. If you want a spacious apartment to stay all day or indoors, do not book this accommodation that was not designed for that purpose. Safety rules and visits As part of our quality system and in compliance with the agreement with the building's co-owners' council, everyone over the age of 18 must have an Airbnb user account, validate their identity, and join the trip on the platform. Please note that access instructions will only be sent once this requirement has been met, as a safety measure for everyone. Regarding visits, only those previously registered will be admitted. To do this, you'll need to send the host your document before check-in. Visitors may only be registered between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
