This is CASULA SOLIS!! Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up. I can send a breakfast/dinner menu upon request yum :) The space Casula has one bedroom with a king award winning (2024 best sleep from Architectural & Readers Digest & Women's Heath Magazines), premier copper hybrid NECTAR mattress. We have one & love it!! Topped with comfy sheets along with Pottery Barn bedding & cozy hypoallergenic pillows. Cedar closet has plush robes, fully equipped picnic basket, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, bag & cooler. 40" tube to watch while eating breakfast in bed. One of a kind bathroom with claw foot tub, heated floors, and separate shower. Every & all high end toiletries, towels, & TP (very important)! Moving out into hall & living room, charming circular window seat packed with games, books, pillows, & some old school paraphernalia thrown in to take you back. Washer & dryer in hall closet with all suds needed. Fully, did I say fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, bespoke fridge with filtered water, ice & we love to leave some local beers to soothe any travel blues. Looking out the kitchen windows you see lots of seasonal herbs for your cooking needs. 60" tube & record player with a wide variety of music for any taste. Almost all of the furniture in Casula is custom made by Nat & finished by Jen, fun local art everywhere, & lots of plants for easy breathing! Out to the courtyard - covered patio with hanging chairs. Starlit patio includes 6'x6'x5' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub with bubbles! Fire pit & Polywood chairs with starter wood included. Mini Egg grill with tools & charcoal. Lots of funky plants & landscaping. Guest access Your own private home, salt water dipping pool hot tub with courtyard garden, fire pit and star lighting. Entry with easy keypad with your personal code. Other things to note When you confirm your rental booking that is an automatic wavier of liability for pool access and consumption of alcohol. Have tons of fun but please be safe out there!! Notice we do not have cleaning fees. If the place is left trashed or anything damaged we will send a bill via Airbnb.
