This beautiful Mallorcan villa for 8 people has everything you need for spending a dream holiday in a lovely environment. The house is surrounded by a large wooded area.There is a swimming pool, furnished terrace, a large garden and a barbecue. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The house is located on the ground floor, where there are three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. From there we have access to the loft, where we have the last room. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Keep in mind that airplanes may pass over this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some guests. Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in three of the bedrooms and in the living room on the upper floor.
