In addition, the main services are just ten minutes away in the charming town of La Puebla, where you cannot miss the lively Sunday market, which fills its streets and square with life. The villa, built with care and dedication, has everything you need for a unique holiday experience. Outside, the large swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious garden and terrace, invites you to relax in the sun, while the covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal prepared on the barbecue, have a drinksimply rest with a good book. From here, you can watch the little ones play in the garden, feeling the tranquillity of the surroundings. Upon entering the villa, you will be received by a luminous and spacious dining room and lounge, where large windows allow natural light to flood every corner. The independent and fully equipped kitchen provides you with the freedom to prepare your favourite dishes, turning each meal into a special experience. On this floor, you will find three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as an additional toilet for greater comfort. On the first floor, you will find a fourth bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony from where you can admire the spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana, a place that invites calm and reflection. Information to take into account: In the event of key lossif keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
