House in Washington Park, w/NC beer tasting

I love my neighborhood! Brand New Location for me! Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay! If you are just passing through or traveling for work, this is the perfect place for you! Located in Washington Park (which is just 2 miles from Downtown), you will have easy access to all Winston has to offer! I also own Hoots Beer Company, and I will be happy to give you a beer tasting! If you see a concert you want to attend at my place, a free ticket is on me! Side note: NO PARTIES! The space Newley remodel with all new appliances, new heating/air with new duct work! This house sits in the historic Washington Park neighborhood of Winston-Salem! Quiet, safe and a popular place to live! There is a small fenced in back yard, so your pup is welcomed! The house has 2 queen beds and a very comfy couch if a person needs to sleep on that. It is 83 inches long, so plenty of room to stretch out. The TV is a smart TV with all of the apps like Netflix. I do NOT have cable TV and movie packages. Being so close to town, it’s a 2 minute drive to great restaurants and nightlife! If you are here for Wake Forest, NCSA, WSSU, you are also close. NCSA is walking distance. Novant and Atrium hospitals are about a 5 minute drive. Also, Acadia Foods is right around the corner with fresh, delicious breakfast biscuits, sandwiches and coffee! Drop by there on your way out of town! 2 blocks over from the house! Guest access The house is easy to access. The front has a few stairs, but if you pull up the driveway and enter through the back door, you only have a step to get in! Very easy for people having problems with stairs! Other things to note Absolutely NO PARTIES. LARGE GATHERINGS, “Family Cookouts” are allowed. Only the guests on your reservation will be allowed on the property. No cable TV. Only Apps. You have just one guest and bring 4 more, nope. Be transparent with your plans as I am very strict. Also, NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed. Weed, CBD, Cigarettes, etc. You will be fined a $375 smoke recovery fee. Please know I don’t play games, I will kick you out immediately. Cameras are on the property monitoring. I am not available to answer questions if you check in late night. My check in instructions I will send you are very straightforward.
