Children may access amenities when accompanied by an adult. 🕓 Check-In: After 4:00 p.m. ⏰ Check-Out: Before 11:00 a.m. 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment 🚫 No parties or events 🚫 No pets allowed 🔕 Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. 👥 Only registered guests allowed – overnight visitors are not permitted Guest access CHECK-IN POLICY: Guests need to send their government-issued photo ID to the host for registration. GUEST ACCESS: We provide 2 key/fobs per unit. Replacement cost for lost keys/fobs is $100 each. Any lost keys/fobs will be charged to the guest. AMENITIES ACCESS: The W hotel offers several amenities that you can enjoy with a guest pass. We provide only 2 guest service cards per unit for registered adults, granting access to the pool, sundeck, fitness center, and spa. Minors under 18 do not require a card. To enjoy the amenities, please note that a QR code is required. You can obtain this code from security at ground level. Simply take the elevator to the first floor and press "G." The QR codes are available for pickup during check-in hours, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. PARKING: The building only offers valet parking for an additional cost. Parking rates are not included in your booking and are payable directly to the valet service. There are also more affordable parking options within walking distance of the building (1-2 blocks away). I recommend using parkopedia to see available options, and there is also street parking available nearby using the PayByPhone app. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay for an additional fee. HOUSE RULES: No parties allowed. No smoking in the unit. A $150 deep cleaning fee will be applied if the house smells of tobacco or any type of smoke.
