The space Meenakshi Farm Stay is a peaceful 3-bedroom villa set inside a quiet 5-acre working farm surrounded by coconut, teak, and fruit trees. The home is designed for comfort and privacy, ideal for families and groups looking to disconnect from the city. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen for guests who prefer to cook their own meals. Bedrooms do not have attached bathrooms, but the home offers two indoor bathrooms and an additional bathroom near the private pool. The outdoor spaces include a patio sit-out, garden area, and walking paths around the farm. Expect fresh air, birdsong, open views, and a calm countryside ambience throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire villa, including: * All 3 bedrooms * Living & dining areas * Fully equipped kitchen * Private swimming pool * Two indoor bathrooms + one poolside bathroom * Outdoor seating areas * Full 5-acre farm space for walking and exploring You are booking the entire place — no shared spaces with other groups. Parking is available on the property. Other things to note * The villa is located in a true village environment, away from shops and commercial areas. Please carry essentials such as snacks, groceries, medicines, and beverages before arrival. * The last 1–1.5 km of the approach road is under construction, so the road may feel bumpy. * After around 2 km, take a left turn and continue 800 meters on a village off-road that leads directly to the property gate. *This narrow village road is unpaved and slightly rough, as it runs through farmland.(The final stretch is a simple mud/kaccha road) * Please drive slowly on the last stretch, especially after dark. * Food can be arranged from a nearby restaurant if you prefer not to cook.
