Just 2 stations away from Copenhagen Central Station, taking around 5 minutes by Line A and Line E, you can easily explore the heart of the city and beyond. Downstars there is a large grocery shop opening 7AM - 10PM daily. Convenience at Your Doorstep: 🛒 Everything you need for everyday life is just steps away. Discover the charm of Copenhagen Downtown, the trendy streets of Vesterbro, and the picturesque parks of Frederiksberg. These areas are renowned for their excellent restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. Unlike a hotel room, it is equipped with everything needed for a family life. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge, all in excellent working condition. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need right here. Panoramic Views and Sunlit Rooms: 🌞 Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment offers breathtaking views and a refreshing amount of natural light throughout the day. Both rooms receive plenty of sunshine, keeping your living spaces bright and inviting. And if you love outdoor relaxation, the south-facing balcony will become your new favorite spot. 🏢 The apartment is part of an old Copenhagen building from the year 1937. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, adding to its classic charm. We can’t wait to welcome you! 🌇 Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, designed for everyday living and ultimate comfort. I am not living together with the guests. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. I have prepared all necessary equipment for cooking and meals, so feel free to cook as you like. Bedroom: The bedroom features a very large wardrobe for all your storage needs and a comfortable double-sized bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Living Room: In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa that can be extended into a bed if more guests are staying. This makes it perfect for families or groups of friends. Linens and Toiletries: Fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided. All guests receive newly washed bedding to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Free Street Parking: The area we stay is called Time-limited zone (free parking). Parking is for Free but limited to 3 hours on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m on the streets nearby. Outside of these hours, you can park unlimitedly for Free. You can adjust the parking disc when you reach the 3 hours limit, then it count again. In addition, locally posted restrictions apply on individual sections. You should therefore always remember to check the signs and markings where you park. Other things to note We have a beautiful new balcony and new windows – the place looks great! I personally take care of the cleaning between guests. While I'm not a professional cleaner, I put in extra effort – much more than I do in my own home. Here's what I do before your check-in: 1. Vacuum the floors. 2. Mop all floors. 3. Clean the kitchen countertops and the bathroom. 4. Dust visible surfaces on the furniture. 5. Take out the trash and replace garbage bags. 6. Change bed linens and towels. The cleaning usually takes about 2 hours, between 12 PM and 3 PM after the previous guest checks out. Please note: the furniture and walls have been used for some years, so minor wear or small marks are normal. I also can’t reach hidden dust under or behind large furniture like sofas, bed and cabinets. 💬 I truly value proactive, respectful communication. If you notice anything that’s not quite right during your stay, please let me know calmly and directly — I’m always happy to help or fix things when I can. 🙋‍♂️ If you have high expectations or specific cleaning preferences, please let me know before booking. I can either adjust accordingly or help you decide if this space is the right fit. I can also arrange professional cleaning in advance (extra cost applies). ❗️I kindly ask guests not to send emotional or blaming messages during their stay. I'm here to help — but I can only do that if we keep communication respectful and solution-focused. Blame doesn't solve problems — calm, clear feedback does. I put a lot of care into preparing this space and truly appreciate guests who communicate kindly and openly. That helps create a good experience for everyone.
