Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an airy open-plan living and dining space with soaring ceilings, huge games room and large windows that frame the surrounding landscape. Outside, you'll find a large patio with a hot tub and grill. The space The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or a weekend getaway with friends. Also located on the estate is a separate guest cottage and a unique treehouse, which are available to rent from May - end October. These structures are completely independent and do not share amenities with the main house, ensuring privacy for guests staying in the barn. A whole property rental is also available upon request. Location: Conveniently located 90 minutes drive from NYC and 15 minutes from Poughkeepsie Amtrak, 20 minutes to Rhinebeck and Millbrook. The historic FDR Homestead, Vanderbilt Mansion, Culinary Institute of America, and Omega Institute are only 10 minutes away. The nearest airport is Stewart International Airport, 30 miles away. Available during your stay: Children’s pack n play, blow up toddler mattress, toys, high chairs and dog beds are available free of charge upon request Pet Policy: We love pets and try our best to accommodate dogs in our home. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and do not allow cats. We charge a pet fee which covers allergy cleaning of linen and rugs and also covers wear and tear from furry friends. We ask guests keep pets off furniture and beds at all times. Further Details: The main bedroom has a king- size bed, vaulted ceilings with original beam work and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds The upstairs floor is equipped with a full bathroom and tub, washer/ dryer and linen closet. Other things to note Surrounding Nature and Animals: Apsley Hill Farm is surrounded by Hudson Valley nature so be prepared to see deer and other wildlife including the occasional bug. We have created walking trails through the woods accessible via a bridge/ walkway. A beautiful stream with babbling brook runs throughout the property. If you are lucky you will even see our friendly resident groundhog, Oliver! A landscape company mow the lawn weekly while we try to time this when we don’t have guests this is not always possible
