Upstairs Family Farm Bunkhouse with a View

Great place to stay any time of the year. Nestled in the northeastern corner of the Sierra Valley sits a cute and cozy loft above our barn shaped shop. Come enjoy all the area has to offer. Our property sits just 15 minutes from Frenchman Lake, 25 minutes from Graeagle, and 30 minutes from Reno. Off- roading and horseback riding trails are just a few minutes away with access to hundreds of miles of trails. Horse Boarding- $40 per day (must provide hay) Trailer parking- $15 per day/trailer The space The bunkhouse can comfortably sleep 4 people. There is a queen sized bed, a double sized bed in a pull out couch. With an air mattress you could squeeze in 6 people. In the kitchenette area we have a two burner hot plate and griddle. A few different size pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and silverware. We also have a single cup Keurig machine. During the spring, cows are grazing, chickens are clucking and goats are doing goat things. Horseshoe pits, fire pit, and outdoor area set up to enjoy the fresh air and relax outside. The fire pit is useable depending on the weather and will be lit upon request. Parking instructions will be provided before check in.
