Get cozy and unwind at our relaxing camper. Whether you are visiting to enjoy the charming town of Exeter or planning to revel in the glorious nature of nearby Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks, the camper will provide everything you need for a memorable stay. You will enjoy a private, fully equipped camper with a full bath, stocked kitchen, dining space, and cozy bed complete with a projector for watching your favorite shows! The space You'll find just about everything you need for a delightful stay in our cozy caravan. The kitchen has a two-burner stove and microwave, as well as a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven, basic cooking supplies, and a sink. We have some basic cooking items stocked for you and other items can be picked up at a conveniently located grocery store just around the corner (0.6 miles). The dining space is fitted with a live edge redwood slab bar top and bar stool. A multi-charger plug is conveniently located here so you can plug in or charge up all of your devices during your stay. The cabinets above the table is where you will find a first aid kit, toaster oven, and some other kitchen essentials. The full XL-sized bed is the perfect spot to relax and get comfy! The bed is topped with a memory foam mattress topper for added comfort and with luxurious organic cotton sheets to keep you warm. The bed dimensions are 80" long x 54" wide. The camper is equipped with a projector and screen that can be enjoyed from the bed. We have provided a Roku device so you can login to your streaming accounts. The bathroom is compact but has everything you'll need with a foot-pedal flush toilet and a shower. To enjoy a hot shower, be sure to switch on the water heater about ten minutes before your shower. The switch is located on the control panel next to the kitchen stove. For your convenience, we include shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion for your use. You will find extra bathroom tissue, a hair dryer, and hygiene products in the closet by the door. Please note: while the camper is fully outfitted with modern conveniences, there are a few considerations you will need to be aware of that come with the nature of staying in a travel camper. While you are here, we will ask you to monitor the tank levels for the gray tank (sink and bathtub), black tank (toilet), and the fresh water tank. These can be monitored using the indicator panel mounted on the wall by the stove. When the gray or black tank reach “full,” please notify us right away. We can empty those for you from outside the camper as needed. If the gray tank overfills, it will backfill into the bathtub. It is possible overfilled tanks can cause leakage on the floor, so please help us avoid a potential mess by notifying us right away when the tanks reach “full.” Guest access The camper is situated in a fully fenced in front yard space of the property owners. The camper shares a fenced in space with another AirBnB unit that the homeowners do not regularly access. The homeowners have two friendly dogs who you may see in their (totally separate) yard space. They are friendly and will be happy to see you! The location is in a suburban neighborhood of small town Exeter. The town is quiet and friendly and very family and walker-friendly. Other things to note Please consider before you book: while there is sleeping space for two adults, some guests may consider the space too crowded for that many people. If you are someone that prefers more space this may not be the place for you. Please view the listing photos carefully ahead of time.
