Other Things to Note While we welcome guests to enjoy our home, please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. The interior is a non-smoking property, and we kindly ask that you respect this policy. Smoking outside is OK. The other apartment in the house is in the bottom floor of the house aka daylight basement. Both units share the laundry facilities which are in a shared spaced.
