Sitting at 1,741 sq ft this bungalow offers a primary bedroom with on suite, a large second bedroom with two full beds, a spacious living room with a pull out bed, quaint updated kitchen, large lush fenced in backyard perfect for your pet and a screened in patio ideal to spend breezy afternoons or dine al fresco. A prime location steps from deeded beach access and just blocks from the Ocean Mall shops, restaurants, Phil Foster park and Marina. This is Island living at its finest! A wonderful beach experience awaits you at our Beach bungalow. We provide complimentary full set of beach chairs, an umbrella and beach accessories (closest entrance is approximately 450 ft away). Enjoy a wide array of beach excursions from parasailing, snorkeling, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, cycling and so much more at your fingertips. Living Space The modern costal themed living space is comfortable and inviting with a large Pottery Barn pull out sofa (accommodating with a queen memory foam mattress), oversized chair, coffee table and two accent chairs. Settle in and stream your favorite shows with the 55 inch Samsung smart TV. Tons of natural light with expansive custom windows. Kitchen and Dining Fully stocked and updated kitchen offers stainless steal appliances, including a 4 burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with a freezer, ice maker and ice dispenser, wall oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, cookie sheets, blender, K cup coffee maker, toaster, kid friendly plates and cups as well as additional appliances and gadgets. There is a large white wood kitchen table that seats 4. Gather for delicious meals at the outdoor dining table that comfortably seats four in the outdoor screened in patio. At dusk under the Bistro sting lights, have your appetizers and drinks on the plush patio furniture; two chairs and a couch. Bed and Bath This single level home accommodates 6 guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper-sofa. Two full baths and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, with a queen bed, 32” flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, and two night stands. The bathroom provides a single vanity, shower/tub combination with a shower wand and tons of storage. Guests staying in the second bedroom have two full beds, a closet, dresser, ceiling fan, revolving tower fan and a 32 inch smart TV. An adjacent full bathroom with a shower, single vanity and ample storage is right around the corner. Outdoor Areas Spend lazy afternoons and relaxing mornings feeling the ocean breeze from the large shaded screened in patio overlooking the lush backyard and garden area. Enjoy coffee on the plush outdoor couch and chairs or a meal on the outdoor table set for four. The brick paved patio allows you to get some sun on the lounger and have a barbecue using the outdoor grill. The yard is landscaped and fully fenced in for your privacy and to allow your furry family member to roam safely. Garage parking for one car. Upon booking we require a a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license. There is a smart outdoor doorbell camera for security and a second camera in the back of the home for security as well. Street parking is not allowed per city ordinance. There is room for 3 cars to park in the circle driveway in the front of the home. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No more than 6 guests staying overnight total. Absolutely no noise outside after 10 pm, no parties or gatherings. No more than 10 guests total in the house at all times. Other things to note Singer Island Highlights Our beach bungalow is across the street from the ocean and several beach parks. Enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving and boating at Phil Foster state park (10 min walk). Phil Foster is noted to be one of the best snorkeling spots in all of South Florida. The walking trail through Palm Beach shores (the quaint community on the south end of the island) is so tranquil. You have a 8 min. walk from the bungalow to the start of the path located at Park Ave and Bamboo road. Take this shaded path and immerse yourself in the tropical landscape, impressive banyan trees and cool ocean breeze. You will end this path at the jetty where you can get a glimpse of Palm Beach island and all of the boats coming back from a day on the Atlantic ocean. Walk to Sailfish Marina and feed the fish at the docks, or have lunch at their delicious restaurant while you take in all of the sights of Peanut Island. The Peanut Island shuttle runs out of the Sailfish Marina gift shop. Catch a fishing charter at Sailfish Marina or stroll down the marina on a Thursday night for their Sunset festival. Check out local vendors while drinking a cocktail and enjoying a grouper dog. Rent a bicycle at Sailfish Marina for a daily rate and tour the island from North to South, not missing a thing. Oceanfront park of Riviera Beach is a short 5 min walk away and has great amenities including a kids playground, outdoor showers, beach volleyball, tennis courts, and local restaurants; Johnny Longboats, Two Drunken Goats, Guakamoles, an ice cream parlor and a coffee house. There is a beach outlet store located in the front of the Oceanfront park and mall that has all of your vacation and beach needs. There is a local gas station on the island, a short 4 min walk. Golfers are in for a treat with many golfing options like the nationally recognized PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens (20 min away). The North Palm Beach Country Club its course has recently been redone and its newly redone pool and club house are both great options.
