Area This building is located in the Ajuda area, close to one of the island's most popular beaches, Praia Formosa, and one of the island's largest shopping centres, Fórum Madeira. This location is home to many of Madeira's hotels and is a busy tourist area. It is close to several essential services, such as pharmacies, a hospital, bars, pastry shops and restaurants. Within a 15-minute walk of the property you can find Praia Formosa, a promenade, a garden, the Lido beaches, the Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools and the Ponta Gorda bathing complex. If you opt for a longer walk of around 45 minutes, you can walk to the centre of Funchal or to the neighbouring municipality of Câmara de Lobos.
