Being a high floor, a lot of natural light comes in, which makes it very bright and pleasant. No indoor smoking allowed, but balconies are available to those in need. Internet access is fast and stable, ideal for working during the stay. Also, the area is very quiet, so no noises are heard, despite being close to supermarkets and restaurants for added convenience. For sports fans, note that just in front there is a gym where it is possible to access by paying daily access. Reservations are not accepted for third parties.
