Neighboring gardens and property are off-limits. — Property boundaries are clearly marked to respect our neighbors. —The barn and pool equipment room are off-limits for safety. **Pool Safety**: No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk; the pool is not fenced and is not suitable for unsupervised children or non-swimmers. A: There is a primary loft suite with a king bed and the main level has 2 queen bedrooms with a shared main floor bathroom. The basement has a bunk room with a twin over twin, and a twin over full bed. Adjacent to the bunk room is a cozy tv space with a two daybed. The basement has a door to the stairs to offer privacy. Q: Is there a bedroom in the basement? A: Yes, bunk room in the basement. In the photos, we have a schematic of the basement layout. There is a door at the top of the stairs, but the bunk room does not have a door separating it from the daybed/tv area. Q: What improvements are you making the 2026 season to the Wild River Lodge? A: A pool bathroom and electric pool heater was added this season. Egress window to upgrade the basement bunk room to a legal bedroom. The river path has been graded and crush rock was added for an easier hike down to the river. Q: We need groceries before we arrive, can you stock the fridge? A: Yes, we would be happy to help with this request - please send us a private note and we will help make arrangements! Our aim is for you to have a relaxing time from the moment you arrive at the lodge. Q: When will the pool be open? A: Memorial Day weekend! Q: Is there internet? A: Yes, we use Starlink. We are in the woods though, so there are times you may experience an interruption. Usually, downtime lasts a few minutes or an hour / but comes back online after a short time. While you wait for the service to return - we encourage your crew to enjoy the pool or spa. Q: Can we host a family party at the cabin? A: While events are prohibited, hosting a family for dinner or friends to swim is totally reasonable. All rules are still valid, from quiet hours, car limit to 5, no parking on grass and other rules. If our neighbors complain or the police are called to address noise - unfortunately you will asked to check out and forfeit the remaining tome at the cabin.
