Each additional guests is an additional $30 nightly fee. Our smart home technology will alert the team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant and does not record any indoor conversations, outdoor cameras do record and monitor audio. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the reservation. Guest access Guests have access to all bedrooms and spaces except the utility closet and a storage closet which is locked. The linen closet has extra linens and pillows as well as a pack n play for guest use and is accessible at all times. High chair is located in the bedroom closet next to the kitchen. Other things to note This lakeside retreat is located on a private lake with an exclusive association and its own set of rules. Please note, Pettit Lake is a protected loon sanctuary, and disturbing or harassing the loons in any way is strictly prohibited. Violators will be fined $1,000.
