The space This property boasts a unique blend of comfort and privacy. The private bedroom features a king-sized bed and a convertible sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests. The building is secure, with a locked entry door and an elevator for easy luggage transport. The space offers a serene and peaceful ambiance, with the added luxury of a dip pool and a rooftop pool. The full kitchen has all basic needs, including a Keurig with various herbal tea and coffee options. The bathroom is equipped with luxurious hygiene products and a washer/dryer unit for your convenience. The space also offers WiFi and a smartTV for your entertainment. Our accommodation offers you the ability to take advantage of the beach with just a short stroll. A highly stocked convenience store and market are just steps away from the front door, along with a multitude of restaurants and shops. Stroll down the lovely 5th Ave. steps away from your door. We provide a personalized experience, with someone available for check-in if desired. Each guest is important to us, and we will always be available to address specific needs and ensure a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests can utilize all common areas- enjoy the rooftop and the pool! If you have pets, pets are not allowed beyond the apartment. Other things to note -This is a private residence, so all noise levels must be kept respectable. -Just so you know, no parties are allowed. -BBQ Grill is a charcoal grill in the shared space. -There is absolutely no smoking in the space and fees will be added for additional cleaning if guests smoke on the property. -If you have a pet reserved, a REFUNDABLE $150 USD fee will be charged and returned after check out if there is no damage to the property. -Failure to add a pet in the listing will result in a $150 USD fee. -Access to guests not listed on the reservation is prohibited. -Late check out and early check in can be accommodated for a fee.
