The space FLORA BAY is a bright, modern garden-level apartment overlooking Lake Brienz and the Bernese Alps. Its peaceful setting in Niederried gives you space to relax while keeping Interlaken, Brienz and the Jungfrau Region within easy reach. 🛋️ LIVING AND DINING The open-plan living area has large windows, views across the lake and mountains, a comfortable sofa and dining space for up to six guests. You will also find a Smart TV with more than 200 international channels, board games and books. The sofa converts into a 140 × 200 cm double bed for guests five and six. 🌸 TERRACE Step outside onto your furnished terrace with lounge seating and a hanging chair. It is a lovely place for breakfast in the sun, a quiet afternoon with a book or an evening drink overlooking Lake Brienz. The furnished terrace is reserved exclusively for FLORA BAY guests. The surrounding garden is shared with the other residents of the building. 🛏️ SLEEPING Bedroom 1: A 160 × 200 cm double bed, storage space and lake and mountain views. Bedroom 2: Two comfortable single beds, storage space and lake and mountain views. Living room: A 140 × 200 cm sofa bed for guests five and six. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. 🍽️ KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a Nespresso coffee machine as well as fondue and raclette sets for a Swiss evening at home. 🛁 BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY The spacious bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, as well as a washbasin and toilet. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and laundry basket. 💻 WORK AND CONNECTIVITY Fast, stable Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk make the apartment suitable for remote work. 🏞️ LOCATION Niederried railway station is approximately a 7–8-minute walk from the apartment. The direct train to Interlaken Ost takes around 7 minutes, and Interlaken can also be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car. One private parking space directly in front of the house is included. We also offer a EV charging station (upon request). Hiking routes start nearby, and the apartment is a convenient base for day trips to Interlaken, Brienz, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Wengen and other destinations in the Jungfrau Region. 🎟️ INTERLAKEN PASS Overnight guests receive the Interlaken Pass, the region’s digital guest card. It includes free local public transport within its area of validity and discounts on selected attractions and excursions. This offer for the Interlaken Pass is valid for stays until 31 December 2026. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the entire garden-level apartment, its separate entrance and the furnished terrace. The garden surrounding the terrace is shared with the other residents of the building. One private parking space directly in front of the house is included in your reservation. The building contains four residential units. Two apartments are permanently occupied, and I live in the apartment above FLORA BAY. Your accommodation is fully self-contained. Other things to note 🪜STAIRS The private entrance is reached by 17 outdoor steps. There is no lift or step-free entrance, and guests need to carry their own luggage up and down the stairs. 🧖🏽‍♀️ TOWELS One bath towel and one hand towel per guest are included. Additional bath towels can be requested for CHF 5 each. 🚗 PARKING One private parking space directly in front of the house is included. A second parking space may be available for CHF 20 per night and must be requested in advance. Paid public parking is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment. 🔌EV CHARGING We offer the possibility to charge your electric car directly at the property at the regional electricity rate. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the charging station. Payment is made separately in cash or via the Wise or Revolut app. 🚂 TRAIN A local train line runs close to the property, and trains pass by regularly. We have included a drone view of the area in the listing so that you can get a clear impression of the surroundings. 🎟️TOURIST TAX The local tourist tax is not included in the Airbnb price and must be paid separately at the property. The tourist tax is CHF 2.00 per adult and CHF 1.00 per child per night. Children under 2 years are exempt. ✨ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in or late check-out may be available for 50 CHF. Please request this at least two days in advance. This service cannot be offered when another guest checks out or arrives on the same day.
