You will stay in a house that was newly renovated in 2024. This is the left half of a double family home. The house is a historic 16th century monument with many original wooden beams and walls. It is located near the old town of Unterseen-Interlaken, 100 m behind the Haberdarre square in Unterseen. It is a 10-minute walk to Interlaken West train station or the center of Interlaken. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces available. The space 2024 Completely newly renovated house, completely newly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The energy for the house is CO2-neutral. Heating and hot water are produced with a modern heat pump. The energy for this comes from solar power from the house roof or hydropower from the region (in snow). In the house there is fresh drinking water everywhere from our mountains. Try it! The apartment is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a single bedroom. In the living room with door there is a sofa bed. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three more bedrooms. Two with double bed, the small room with the two single beds can be reached via a pergola (hallway) with sloping roof and threshold. In a few meters you will find the most beautiful promenade along the Aare overlooking the Alps. Guest access The house can be reached via a staircase with 4 steps. The house is spread over two floors, and a staircase leads to the upper floor. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs. Other things to note House with two floors with a staircase inside. Sustainable construction: The house was mostly built and renovated sustainably with wood from the region. It is operated exclusively with sustainable energy. Electricity, heating and hot water are generated by the solar system (in the roof). In the event of insufficient performance, energy from hydropower from the region is used.
