Gîte du Tour du Lac Terrace enclosed garden with spa

This new accommodation with a fenced garden terrace, in a peaceful village, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located 3 km from the shore of Lake Bourget. Close to the village of Chanaz (6 km) with its Savières Canal, called "the little Savoyard Venice" and the Hautecombe Abbey. Lake Bourget with its wild coasts and mountains is authentic, ideal for: recharging, sports (hiking, biking, water sports, aerial sports, etc.), motorcycle rides. The space We welcome you personally. The beds are made upon arrival. Towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided and bathrobes (for the jacuzzi). We offer housekeeping during your stay. When you leave, we ask you to empty the garbage, do the dishes, empty the dishwasher and store the dishes. We also ask for the cleaning of the plancha. The Jacuzzi is private, it is outside in the garden-terrace. For weekend stays, check-out time may be delayed depending on availability, ask us. Upon request and at no extra cost, we provide: baby bed, mattress heater, highchair. Please be reminded that smoking is not allowed in the cottage. We put ashtray outside. Above all, do not put cigarette butts in the trash cans of the accommodation, the smell is very difficult to get rid of. It is strictly forbidden to have noisy parties for the well-being of our neighbors. Your pet must not be left alone in the gîte. A TASSIMO coffee maker and a filter coffee maker are available in the gite. Other things to note It is a house with 2 adjoining apartments but with a private garden-terrace of about 70 m2 for each apartment that is equipped, fenced and landscaped which includes: Garden table and chairs Parasol 2 Chilean chairs Gas grill Lighting Garden shed (bicycle storage etc...) It is possible to book both cottages at the same time for a family gathering... because the separating door of the garden terraces can be opened. In the village, next to the Town Hall of Saint-Pierre, there is a children's park, a city and a bowling alley next to the Saint-Pierre. Please note, no check-in and check-out on December 24 and 25.
