Discover the beautiful surroundings and the small villages around Lamstedt and let yourself be infected by the irresistible charm of the region. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, 69 m² and can accommodate 1-5 people. The beautiful accommodation is located directly in the center of Lamstedt in a traffic-calmed side street in a well-kept environment. Shopping, banks, medical practices and pharmacy are only a few hundred meters away. The apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area (incl. dishwasher, fridge with freezer, mini oven, ceramic stovetop with oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster and washing machine) and a modern bathroom with shower. The lovingly furnished living room has a 3-seater sofa and armchair, table, wall unit, TV, stereo, games, books and a folder with tips for excursions. In the living room there is also a seating area for 5 people. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet, hair dryer and tumble dryer. In addition, a shower chair and stool can be provided on request. One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and nightstands. The second bedroom has a large bunk bed, a wardrobe, a table and 3 chairs. In addition, a guest bed and a children's travel bed can be provided on request. There is also a high chair for our little guests. In the hallway there are a lot of toys and books for the little ones in the closet. The terrace invites you to relax and linger. It offers 5 people space to enjoy cozy evenings or time together. An umbrella and grill are also available. A linen package can optionally be booked. Large linen package (hand towel, bath towel, bed linens) €20/p. Small linen package (linen) €15/p. Final cleaning per stay €70 Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. Free parking right in front of the property. Four-legged guests are most welcome to stay free of charge. Guest access entire apartment and terrace can be used by the vacation guests. For the handover of the keys, there is a key box at the apartment, so you can independently plan your arrival from 3 pm and also departure until 10 am.
